We're back and on track with the Wellesley Dental Group Fit Team, even after a holiday week.
Our team logged a total of 31.5 hours from last Monday through yesterday, which is our highest amount ever.
This averages to 3.5 hours per person, or 30 minutes of exercise per day!
Two of us just also made the commitment to run in the Super Sunday 5k in February, so we'll be busy training for that. It will probably be very cold. http://bostonrunner.com/ss2009br.php
